This virtual education series is designed to provide professionals with an opportunity to learn about and practice having conversations around serious illness, death, and dying within an interdisciplinary group in a low-pressure environment. Join us to learn from a multidisciplinary faculty as you enhance your comfort and skill with having meaningful end-of-life conversations with your patients and their loved ones.
