Death and Dying Series for Healthcare Professionals
Build the Skills You Need to Have Serious Illness Conversations
Serious illness and death are a part of life, but they’re still often hard to talk about—even for experienced healthcare professionals. This virtual education series is designed to provide professionals with an opportunity to learn about and practice having conversations around serious illness, death, and dying within an interdisciplinary group in a low-pressure environment. Join us to learn from a multidisciplinary faculty as you enhance your comfort and skill with having meaningful end-of-life conversations with your patients and their loved ones. CME, CNE, and social work CEUs available!
Location
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom.
Who Should Join?
Current Pennsylvania-based practitioners in healthcare-related disciplines seeking to improve their comfort and competence in having conversations around serious illness. Open to professionals from medicine, nursing, social work counseling, pharmacy, rehabilitation, ethics, pastoral care, law, and more!
