Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania
Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania and Dementia Friends Pennsylvania are two programs that work together to help people living with dementia and their care partners find understanding, support, and meaningful engagement in their communities.
Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania and Dementia Friends Pennsylvania are administered by the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, supported by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, and members of USAging's Dementia Friendly America and Dementia Friends USA networks.
