As we advanced our big visions in 2024, JHF leveraged external funding commitments over $37.6 million, enabling JHF to distribute more than $22.7 million to community agencies and continue its multi-year initiatives. The Foundation’s work would not be possible without this critical funding and the support of our many partners.
