Ezekiel Rediker is the chief engagement officer and general counsel for the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, leading strategic initiatives, providing in-house legal counsel, strengthening external engagement efforts, andadvising the Foundation on evolving healthcare regulations and opportunities to advance its mission.
A Pittsburgh native, he previously served as senior counsel for regulatory affairs and policy at PNC Bank and as the executive advisor for legal policy for Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey. There, heserved as the inaugural manager of the Office of Equal Protection, an agency founded to enforce workers’ rights and civil rights laws. Rediker has also practiced at Reed Smith LLP, where he established the firm's Criminal Justice Reform Pro Bono Program and was able to secure the freedom of two wrongly sentenced defendants.
Rediker has been involved with civic leadership throughout his career. He served as an Executive Committee Designee for the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, helping plan the largest event in the city's history, which attracted more than 800,000 attendees and generated significant economic impact for the region. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family and Community Services.For more than a decade, Rediker has partnered with Homewood Children's Village to organize the East Hills Back-to-School Drive, helping provide thousands of backpacks to local students.
Rediker is a graduate of Cornell University, the University of Oxford, and the University of Michigan Law School. He was named one of Pittsburgh Magazine's "40 Under 40" in 2025.
