Program Associate

J. Ashenayi is a program associate with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation (JHF), supporting both the Patient-Centered Medical Home Learning Network and AIDS Free Pittsburgh, a county-wide collaborative to end the HIV epidemic in Allegheny County. In this role, Ashenayi assists with coordinating outreach and communications, developing resources for diverse audiences, and supporting the implementation and evaluation of initiatives to improve primary care delivery and expand access to HIV prevention and care. Ashenayi is passionate about harm reduction, health equity, and community-driven approaches to public health. They earned a bachelor's in nonprofit administration from the University of Oklahoma and master's in public health from the University of Pittsburgh.
