Program Associate (Behavioral Health)
Jessica Segal is the behavioral health program associate for the Jewish Healthcare Foundation (JHF), supporting JHF’s multifaceted behavioral health programs, including the BH Fellows program, a statewide Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Quality Collaborative, and the Adolescent Behavioral Health Initiative. She is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting youth and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges and creating systems to best support their overall well-being. Prior to joining JHF, she worked for the Matilda H. Theiss Child Development Center of UPMC in a youth intensive outpatient program and most recently as a school social worker at the Environmental Charter School. Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bates College and went on to earn her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University.
