Project Manager, AIDS Free Pittsburgh
Kell Wilkinson is the project manager for AIDS Free Pittsburgh (AFP), a county-wide collaborative to end the HIV epidemic in Allegheny County by 2030. Wilkinson is responsible for convening the AFP Advisory Group and its subcommittees; developing and maintaining partnerships with health professionals and community-based organizations; managing AFP communications and the Ryan White Program HIV media campaign and monitoring and reporting on project performance. Wilkinson previously served in roles at the Allegheny County Department of Health and Department of Human Services, at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and with various nonprofit advocacy organizations. Wilkinson is passionate about harm reduction principles, LGBTQ rights, mental health awareness, and health equity. Wilkinson earned a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
