Program Associate
Olivia Gifford is a program associate for the Women’s Health team, supporting both the Pennsylvania Perinatal Quality Collaborative (PA PQC) and Perinatal Action Collaborative (PAC). These collaboratives seek to improve health outcomes by advancing standard of care for postpartum individuals and their babies across Pennsylvania. To support the PA PQC, Gifford assists with session and event planning, data collection and reporting, website management, and presenting the PA PQC's resources and impact. Gifford also supports the Perinatal Action Collaborative by maintaining the PAC website, while assisting priority team facilitators and grant specialists. She earned a bachelor's degree in public health from Duquesne University.
