Perinatal Action Collaborative Implementation Grants

The PA Perinatal Action Collaborative priority teams are tasked with developing actionable strategies to implement recommendations within focus areas of the Pennsylvania Maternal Health Strategic Plan. Proposals are currently being sought from interested and qualified organizations to support implementation of the PAC’s actionable strategies within Pennsylvania.
