Perinatal Action Collaborative Implementation Grants

The PA Perinatal Action Collaborative priority teams are tasked with developing actionable strategies to implement recommendations within focus areas of the Pennsylvania Maternal Health Strategic Plan.

Proposals are now being sought from interested and qualified organizations to support implementation of recommendations from the Pennsylvania Maternal Health Strategic Plan.
